Study on Supply Chain Management Innovation
Abstract: This paper describes the recent progress of supply chain management, analyzes the technical enablers of supply chain management innovation from sides of information technology, manufacturing technology and transport technology. The key success factors to assure supply chain management innovation are also discussed. At last, this paper studies how to promote supply chain management innovation by exploring the direction, path and human preparation.

供应链（Supply Chain），有时被称为价值链或需求链（Demand Chain），包括顾客、供应商、过程、产品以及对向最终顾客交付产品和服务有影响的各种资源。供应链强调的是公司之间的过程与关系。供应链管理（Supply Chain Management）就是指从原材料采购到成品分销给顾客的整个过程中对产品和服务的管理，它强调是协调公司间、甚至大的集团公司之间的活动以求产生双赢效果。
