A Dynamic Analysis of Imports and Economic Growth
Abstract：
A dynamic model of imports and economic growth，inflation，and employment demonstrates that under certain conditions both imports and  exports can be factors that stimulate economic growth.  Under a free and flexible economic structure，the key factors of production will   naturally  move from a condition of low productivity output to high productivity output，giving rise to a structural efficiency that brings about arise  in the  personal income of the citizenry and economic growth under conditions of global imports being equal to global exports. Expected，inexpensive imports restrain inflation, lower production, consumption, and employment costs，and cause the employment rate to rise. Imports are more effective than monetary policy in realizing the goal of low inflation, low employment，and high growth. The days of protective trade policy are over, so the development strategy of each country must be adjusted to fit the back ground of increasing globalization.

进口贸易与经济增长的动态分析

    内容提要：进口贸易与经济增长、通货膨胀、就业的动态模型表明，在一定条件下，进口和出口一样可以成为经济增长的增量因子。在自由灵活的经济结构中，生产要素自由地由效率低的产业流向效率高的产业，由此形成产业升级的结构效率，带来国民收入溢出，在世界经济范畴实现EX-IM=0情况下的经济增长。可预期的廉价进口，抑制了通货膨胀，降低了生产、消费和就业成本，使就业率上升。进口贸易比货币政策更有效地实现了“低通胀、低失业、高增长”目标。保护贸易政策显然已经过时，各国的经济发展战略也需要在全球化的背景下进行调整。

一、引言
在经济学理论中，经济增长、通货膨胀、就业和国际收支的均衡是国民经济良性循环的标志性指标。出口与经济增长、通货膨胀、就业是同方向变化的量，出口可以带来经济增长和就业，被视为国民收入增长有益的增量因子。进口与经济增长、就业是反方向变化的量，被认为是国民收入增长和就业的一个漏出的减量因子。
20世纪90年代，美国利用自由灵活的经济制度，通过扩大进口实现产业结构升级，保持平均3.6%的快速增长，通货膨胀被控制在2%以内，失业率控制在4.3%的低水平。 创造了以信息网络技术创新为基础、以“低通胀、低失业、高增长”为特征的新经济。实践表明，在一定条件下，进口和出口一样可以成为经济增长的增量因子。
