一、 A brainstorming technique used to gather verbal data and organize it into natural clusters or groups.
二、Basic Steps:
1、decide on a theme (example, What are the difficultiesencountered when applying for a job?)
2、collect ideas through brainstorming or interviews
3、write each idea or concern on a note card or ‘Post-It’ (each card should contain 2-7 words)
4、in silence, team members examine the ideas until all ideas are clustered within different groups.
5、use these group affinity cards to generate additional ideas.
