    FD&C 402: Food has been prepared, packed, or  hold under unsanitary condition where it may have become aminated with filth, or whereby it may have been rendered injurious to health.
     CODEX guidelines“General Principal of Hygiene”
Primary Production avoid use of areas where the nvironment poses a threat to safety of foodcontrol contaminants, pests, diseasesadopt practices and measures to ensure food is safevalidate practices and monitor risks。
     Establishment design and facilities should be such that:contamination is minimizedpermit maintenance, eaning, disinfectionsurfaces and materials are non-toxic, durable, easy to clean and maintain suitable cilities for control nditions under storage or rocessing effective rotection against pests。
     Ensure that persons who come into contact with food are not likely to contaminate food by:Maintaining an appropriate degree of personal cleanliness Behaving in an appropriate mannerOperate and handle food in an ppropriate manner
